Job summary

Mars Incorporated in Lewisburg, Ohio, seeks a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) and TPM practices in a busy production area. You will drive equipment reliability, process performance, and associate capability using data-driven methods.

You will partner with Production Leaders, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and frontline teams to embed Daily Management and Autonomous Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related area.
• 5+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• Hands-on TPM and Autonomous Maintenance implementation experience.
• Experience advancing Autonomous Maintenance through TPM pillars.
• Proven ability to identify and eliminate losses using data and root-cause analysis.
• Experience coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maturity of Mars Supply Excellence and TPM in the assigned area.
• Strengthen Daily Management Systems and key TPM activities.
• Analyze production data to identify losses and improvement opportunities.
• Translate loss analysis into 30-, 60-, 90-day action plans with ownership and metrics.
• Lead teams on TPM, Lean, Kaizen and related problem-solving methods.
• Coach and develop three Area Coordinators and frontline associates.
