Job summary

Novonesis seeks a Manufacturing Training Intern to support the development of training resources for production and material handling at our New Berlin, WI site. You will gain hands-on experience with instructional design, process documentation, video development, and AI-driven training solutions to enhance workforce development and manufacturing excellence.

Work with engineers and operators to document processes, create standard work, and present findings to site leadership.

You'll work on real-world projects involving instructional design, process documentation, video development, and AI-driven training solutions while learning how employee development contributes to a safe, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing environment.The Role & Your ImpactAs a Manufacturing Training Intern , you will work alongside production employees, engineers, and operational leaders to develop and improve training resources that support workforce development and manufacturing excellence.
