Sazerac Company, a global leader in spirits, is seeking a Training Manager at Northwest Ordinance Distillery to lead learning and development initiatives. You will build structured programs, manage the LMS, and drive regulatory compliance while partnering with operations to close skill gaps and align training with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in training/learning, strong instructional design skills, and a track record of enhancing performance in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in training, learning and development or workforce development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs that support operational performance, compliance, and employee development.
• Create and maintain structured training matrices, onboarding programs, and frontline development plans.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), track training completion, and monitor training effectiveness metrics.
• Facilitate leadership development, skills training, and workforce development initiatives across manufacturing teams.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify skill gaps and align training programs with business goals.
