Colonial Chemical is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to create, implement, and deliver training programs for all employee levels in a chemical manufacturing environment. You will build courses from scratch, stay updated on current training tools, and ensure programs align with safety, quality, regulatory, and business goals.

• 5+ years designing and delivering training in manufacturing.
• Experience performing job analyses and needs assessments.
• Knowledge of training tools and LMS.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements for manufacturing.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze jobs and identify training gaps by observing work and interviewing staff.
• Develop training plans including onboarding, cross-training, and refresher courses.
• Create classroom materials and measure results with tests and feedback.
• Coordinate with Production and Safety trainers and local college partners.
• Maintain training records and track attendance/completion in Paycor.
