Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking a Manufacturing/Warehousing Trainer to conduct established training programs across manufacturing processes. This on-site role requires engaging trainees and ensuring training effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of training in a manufacturing environment, a High School diploma (associates or bachelor’s preferred), strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Windows and company software.

• At least 1 year of experience training in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to work in its plant in Florence, KY.

How will you make an impact?

The Manufacturing/Warehousing Trainer will conduct established training programs in various manufacturing or engineering processes.

Hours and Pay

Hourly pay range is $22.50 depending on experience.

The hours are as follows: Wed/Thu-Sat 6am-6pm

What will you do?

• Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

How will you get here?

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience Training in a Manufacturing environment.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficiency in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software.
• Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
