Job summary

Broadcom is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Irvine, California to maintain and troubleshoot test equipment and automated test systems. You will support Teradyne UF-Flex/Ultra-Flex and other ATE tools, and gather data for engineering under established procedures.

Responsibilities include conducting special tests at different temperatures (ESD, burn-in), packaging qualified hardware fixtures, boards and cables, and ensuring compliance with testing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting automated test equipment.
• Ability to operate and support ATE systems and test handlers.
• Strong data collection and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment and handlers.
• Operate and support Automated Test Equipment (ATE) including Teradyne UF-Flex, Ultra-Flex, PA, FC.
• Collect data for engineering and follow established procedures.
• Perform special tests under varying temperatures, ESD, burn-in conditions.
• Package qualification and characterization test hardware, fixtures, boards and cables.
