Job summary

Broadcom Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Irvine to maintain and troubleshoot a range of test equipment and automated test systems.

You will work with Teradyne UF-Flex, Ultra-Flex, Hontech, Chroma, and Epson handler setups to support test programs and data collection. You will perform stressed testing across temperatures, ESD, and burn-in, and assist with packaging qualification, fixtures, boards and cables, following established procedures and instructions.

Qualifications

• Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment.
• Perform automated test equipment (ATE) operations.
• Data collection for Engineering per established procedures.
• Conduct stressed tests at various temperatures, ESD, burn-in.
• Package qualification and characterization tests, hardware fixtures, boards and cables.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automated test equipment and handlers as required.
• Collect and document test data for engineering teams.
• Assist with specialized tests and temperature stress testing.
• Support qualification and characterization activities for hardware.

• Manufacturing Technician
• Maintain and troubleshooting test equipment, Hontech, Chroma ,Epson handler System
• Automated Test Equipment ATE: Teradyne UF-Flex, Ultra-Flex, PA, FC
• ATC Win-Way, Thermal set-up Hand test using vacuum-pen, Room, Hot, Cold
• Data collection for Engineering. Worked with established procedures requested instructions
• Performed special test for engineer stressed test at different temperatures, ESD, burn-in
• Packaged qual and Characterization test, hardware fixtures, dib boards and cables

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Must have a GED or HS Diploma

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 24.00 - USD 30.00 per hour.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.
