Hidden Level is seeking a Manufacturing Director to lead our on-site production in Syracuse, NY. You will drive manufacturing execution, engineering, and test capabilities to scale complex RF and electromechanical products while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Management to optimize throughput, remove bottlenecks, and build scalable processes for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 12+ years in technical manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing activities, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead Manufacturing Engineering, tooling, and automation initiatives.
• Manage a team of Technicians and Assemblers, ensuring productivity and best practices.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ISO 9001 quality management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to develop capacity planning strategies.
