eero, an Amazon company, seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer to own the test infrastructure for hardware products, from prototype builds to production and reverse logistics. The role emphasizes process improvement and data-driven decisions across manufacturing partners.

You will automate test workflows, develop RF and board-level testing, and collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to scale high-quality manufacturing for connected home products.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• 3+ years of software programming in Linux for machine controllers.
• Experience programming in Python and using Linux, Git, and UNIX tools.
• Experience with RF-related product testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own factory test line at FATP; develop software ecosystem of test controllers, data reporting, security cert mgmt, and cloud infra.
• Define modular test strategies and support NPI with partners across manufacturing.
• Develop RF system testing, board calibration, desense, power tests, and ensure production control metrics.
• Automate processes with optical inspection, radio validation, electrical testing, interoperability checks, and robotics.
• Analyze production test data using automated/big data methods.
• Drive test quality improvements and lead weekly factory calls in-region.
• Guide fixture design to align with cost, scale, and schedule; engage in RFQ processes with vendors.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to deliver solutions.
