Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Manufacturing Test Development Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA to design, develop, and deploy test solutions for complex hardware systems. The role is hands-on and focuses on PCB/PCBA validation within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements include a BS in engineering or CS and 5+ years of experience in test development, with proficiency in Python/C++, Linux, and test automation. Long-term contract with potential full-time conversion, 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in hardware manufacturing test development.
• Hands-on with PCB/PCBA manufacturing test and hardware validation.
• Experience with PCBA lines or contract manufacturers.
• Experience with test automation and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test strategies for PCB, PCBA, and system hardware.
• Develop and support automated manufacturing test solutions.
• Debug hardware, board-level, and system-level failures during bring-up.
• Collaborate with design, validation, manufacturing, and quality teams.
