Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years in hardware testing or internships/co-ops.
• Hands-on experience with electrical hardware testing.
• Familiarity with components, lab equipment and test instrumentation.
• Exposure to EMC or electrical safety testing.

Responsibilities

• Set up electrical and compliance test configurations for projects.
• Configure test equipment, fixtures, and hardware for EMC and safety tests.
• Support engineering teams during hardware testing activities.
• Coordinate testing logistics with external test houses.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues during tests.
• Collect and organize test data for senior staff review.
• Maintain lab equipment and testing schedules to stay on track.
• Provide support during periods of lower testing activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on validation.
• Note: senior staff lead certification work; this role focuses on setup and execution support.
