Qualifications

• BSc in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years in production line environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electromechanical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
• Experience with electronics lab equipment and testing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Allocate tasks and foster a high-performance environment.
• Oversee ATE operations on the production line.
• Troubleshoot electromechanical and system-level issues.
• Monitor and optimize equipment performance during ramping.
• Analyze production data for yield and efficiency improvements.
• Support design changes and repair strategies.
