Job summary

Aalo Atomics in Austin, TX seeks a Manufacturing Technologist to support the development and improvement of manufacturing processes, tooling, equipment and test systems. You will work hands-on with engineers, technicians, operators, and Quality to build prototypes and translate engineering concepts into practical manufacturing capabilities.

Reporting to an assigned on-staff engineer, you will analyze data, implement approved changes, and help ensure safety and quality while maintaining

Qualifications

Two-year technical degree or diploma in a related field.
Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing development, prototypes, tooling, or test systems.
Ability to read engineering drawings, mechanical schematics, and procedures.
Assemble, configure, measure, test, and troubleshoot technical hardware.
Use CAD and documentation tools to prepare/update models, BOMs, drawings.
Analyze technical data and develop scripts/tools for manufacturing support.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, and troubleshoot prototypes, fixtures, equipment, and test systems.
Assist with manufacturing-process development and production prove-outs.
Prepare and update CAD models, drawings, layouts, and BOMs.
Support sensors, electrical interfaces, and controls in manufacturing.
Develop scripts, dashboards, and manufacturing-support software.
Analyze data and present findings to Engineering.
Document configurations, results, and deviations for approval.
