Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions, Inc. is seeking a wafer technology technician to set up deposition tools for 150–300mm wafers. you will troubleshoot equipment and document measurements, ensuring precise data and adherence to ISO quality standards.

A strong electromechanical background and cleanroom readiness are essential. Experience with semiconductor equipment and front/back-end processes is valued. The role requires meticulous manual handling of wafers in a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is helpful but not required with relevant industry experience.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment or wafer technology.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and calibrate equipment.
• Understanding of front-end and back-end processes is helpful.
• Must be able to work in a cleanroom environment in a fully bunny suit.

Responsibilities

• Set up tool and execute deposition process for wafer technology – 150, 200, and 300mm wafers.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues or any process errors.
• Document measurements and relevant test data.
• Follow all company policies and procedures relating to quality management standards, such as ISO.
• Meticulous and precise manual dexterity handling wafers.
• Perform necessary calculations and input precise data.
