Job summary

SoloPoint Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to set up deposition tools and operate wafer processing across 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm formats in a cleanroom environment, ensuring tool availability and process stability.

Candidates should have an associate degree or equivalent experience, strong electromechanical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot and calibrate semiconductor equipment, while maintaining ISO quality and cleanroom safety protocols.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
Experience with semiconductor capital equipment or wafer fabrication.
Strong electromechanical systems knowledge and tooling architectures.
Ability to troubleshoot and calibrate processing equipment.
Work in a cleanroom with full cleanroom attire.
Proficient in Word and Excel for data entry.
Familiar with front-end and back-end semiconductor processes.
Meticulous wafer handling for 150mm/200mm/300mm.
Familiar with ISO quality management standards.

Responsibilities

Set up processing tools and execute deposition routines for wafer formats 150mm, 200mm, and 300mm substrate technologies.
Troubleshoot complex equipment anomalies and process variations to maintain tool availability and process stability.
Document measurement results, process parameters, and test data within tracking systems.
Perform technical calculations and input accurate operational metrics into data repositories.
Maintain compliance with ISO quality management standards, cleanroom protocols, and operational safety policies.
