Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician Supervisor to join the EPI/HWA team in DM5W/South Building. You will oversee the maintenance of production equipment and supervise technicians responsible for repair, maintenance and testing of equipment.

You will also implement preventive maintenance programs and manage inventory and training initiatives. In this role you will lead scheduling of manufacturing activities, select and develop personnel for efficient operations,

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician Supervisor to join our EPI/HWA team! In this role, you will oversee the maintenance of production equipment and supervise equipment and/or process technicians. Which includes maintaining production equipment in a manner that meets company standards and ensures minimum equipment downtime. You will oversee technicians that repair and maintain the production and test equipment. As well as establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures. You will manage training programs to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair programs and procedures. You will also maintain inventory and/or spare parts. Along with scheduling manufacturing activities. You will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. In addition, you will generally supervise skilled non-exempt employees (e.g., Technicians) in the EPI and HWA area of DM5W (formerly DFAB) in South Building.
