Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a high-caliber Manufacturing Section Manager to drive flawless, fab-wide operational execution during C and D shifts. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and hold full accountability for Fab performance Wed-Sat.

This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing the intricate technical dependencies of a high-volume, 300mm cleanroom environment, and to maximize throughput through maintenance, WIP management and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Manage intricate dependencies of a high-volume 300mm cleanroom environment.
  • Maximize throughput by synchronizing planned maintenance, managing WIP patterns, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of supervisors and technicians to ensure operational excellence and production stability.

Texas Instruments is seeking a high-caliber Manufacturing Section Manager to drive flawless, fab-wide operational execution during C and D shifts. As the second-highest manufacturing leadership position in the facility, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and hold full accountability for Fab performance during the back end of the week (Wed-Sat).

This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing the intricate technical dependencies of a high-volume, 300mm cleanroom environment. You will be responsible for maximizing throughput by expertly synchronizing critical planned maintenance, managing complex WIP (Work in Progress) patterns, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of supervisors and technicians, ensuring uncompromising operational excellence and production stability.
