Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines — buffer, builder, extruder, chambers, skiver, and/or final inspector.
• Assist with retread manufacturing and maintain production quality to Commercial Tire specifications.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow Commercial Tire safety guidelines and contribute to a team‑first culture of continuous improvement.
