Responsibilities

• Operate assigned retread equipment: buffer, builder, extruder, chambers, skiver, and final inspector.
• Assist with retread manufacturing and maintain production quality per standards.
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a team-focused culture of continuous improvement.

POSITION OVERVIEW

You'll work hands-on in our retread manufacturing operation - operating machinery, maintaining your workspace, and producing high-quality retreaded tires that keep commercial fleets on the road. No prior tire experience required; we train you on the equipment and processes from day one. As you build skills, you advance through a structured Level 1 - 2 - 3 pay ladder with clear criteria at each step.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate assigned machines - buffer, builder, extruder, chambers, skiver, and/or final inspector
