Job summary

Strong Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a warehouse/inventory support role in La Vista, NE. The position focuses on managing work orders, inventory, shipping quotes, and invoicing in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

You will handle packaging, RMA processing, and coordination with field technicians, while maintaining accurate records and tools like forklifts and pallet jacks. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Knowledge of MS Office products and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to use basic electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to use tools including drills, saws, sanders, nail guns and other basic tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter who can learn various business software applications and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming work orders and inventory.
• Book and quote trucking and shipping for warehouse and field techs.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor transportation, and create invoices.
• Schedule and coordinates shipping of products and equipment.
• Manage insurance claim process.
• Complete paperwork on export orders.
• Assemble test and QC all products including racks.
• Receive and track all RMAs to vendors and repair items.
• Manage shipping on open SOs.
• Assist in assembly and testing of used products for sales.
• Organize and maintain inventory and warehouse.
• Take ownership and perform other duties as assigned.

Here’s the role you’ll play:

• Manage incoming work orders and inventory
• Book and quote trucking and shipping for the warehouse and field techs
• Manage purchase orders, monitor transportation, and create invoices
• Schedule and coordinates shipping or products and equipment
• Manage insurance claim process
• Complete paperwork on export orders
• Assembles test and QCs all products including audio racks and LMS racks
• Receive and track all RMAs to vendors
• Repair RMA items in our inventory
• Manage process of shipping on all open SOs
• Assist in assembly and testing of all used products processed for sales
• Organize and maintain inventory and warehouse
• Willing to take ownership and take on other duties as assigned

• Ability to use tools including, drills, saws, sanders, nail guns and other basic tools
• Must be detail oriented and have a strong aptitude to learn various business software applications and technology solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working in a high-stress, face-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills
• Self-starter who can find and resolve issues as they are identified
• Ability to successfully interface with a wide range of personnel within the organization
