Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or technical certification; strong written procedures understanding.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to understand and follow established assembly/work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Learn all process operations and become the technical expert.
• Train Production Associates and monitor their work to ensure correct production.
• Identify process issues and implement changes to reduce rejects or inefficiencies.
• Perform equipment setup and minor maintenance in production areas.
• Support lean process improvements and waste reduction efforts.
• Assemble medical devices in a controlled environment following detailed instructions.
