Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience or equivalent training.
• Basic mechanical and electrical principles knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures required.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor production equipment in compliance with established procedures.
• Consistently produce high-quality products that meet specifications, minimizing defects and waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Assist in process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support Lean Six Sigma/Operational Excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Follow EHS guidelines and participate in safety training.
• Participate in quality control procedures and report non-conforming issues.
• Identify and report potential equipment malfunctions and assist maintenance with troubleshooting.
• Record production data accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S principles and safety regulations.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the facility.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Assist in training new technicians or team members.
