Job summary

Staffmark in Peachtree City, GA is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electro‑mechanical equipment and 3D printers. You will perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and develop procedures to keep all systems operating safely and efficiently.

You’ll collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime while upholding quality standards. Education and experience: an associate degree is preferred; five years of manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing, mechanical, or technical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electro‑mechanical systems.
• CAD experience required; SolidWorks preferred.
• Experience with 3D printing technologies, machine shop equipment, electronics, software, or firmware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro‑mechanical equipment and 3D printers.
• Assemble and disassemble mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Create and maintain 3D printed fixtures, jigs, prototypes, and test hardware.
• Perform equipment calibration and preventative maintenance.
• Develop assembly, operating, and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Investigate non‑conforming materials and identify root causes of defects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and design records.
• Assist with inventory handling, shipping, and material movement.
• Follow all safety regulations and industry standards.
