Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Manufacturing Technician in Peachtree City, GA to troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment, including 3D printers. The role involves assembling components, creating fixtures, and performing preventive maintenance to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Requirements include an Associate degree in Engineering Technology (or equivalent) and 5+ years of manufacturing/maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing, mechanical, or technical experience.
• CAD experience required; SolidWorks preferred.
• Experience with 3D printing technologies, machine shop equipment, electronics, software, or firmware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical equipment and 3D printers.
• Assemble and disassemble mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Create and maintain 3D printed fixtures, jigs, prototypes, and test hardware.
• Perform equipment calibration and preventative maintenance.
• Develop assembly, operating, and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Investigate non-conforming materials and identify root causes of defects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and design records.
• Assist with inventory handling, shipping, and material movement.
• Follow all safety regulations and industry standards.
