Job summary

IMI plc in the United States seeks a Manufacturing Technician II to join our onsite team. You will independently complete assembly, inspection, test-support, and packaging tasks within a product family, following documented procedures and safety rules.

You’ll apply broad product knowledge, interpret drawings, perform in-process checks, and help train peers on certified tasks while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge of assembly operations, documentation, product identification, defects and traceability
• Ability to use hand tools, torque tools, fixtures, gauges
• Repetitive and precision work ability with PPE

Responsibilities

• Follow HSE requirements and approved procedures
• Perform assembly, inspection, test-support and packaging per instructions
• Interpret current drawings, BOMs and specifications
• Conduct in-process inspections and record results
• Escalate anomalies with facts and required action
• Maintain clean, audit-ready work area and proper records
