Integer Holdings is seeking a qualified assembler/inspector to support production lines and ensure quality. The role follows detailed procedures, with opportunities for cross-training and skill expansion through on-the-job guidance and classroom instruction.

You will set up equipment, perform assembly and inspection per MPI/QWI, and document workmanship per GDP. The job emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to standards while offering a sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand and follow detailed instructions.
• Must possess the ability to recognize defects in workmanship.
• Demonstrate competency in assembly processes.
• Reading blueprints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to core beliefs, safety processes, and quality policy.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
• Understands tasks and how they fit in the team; follows Standard Work.
• Understands overall production flow within the department.
• Assembles components per print using manual and automated machinery.
• Visually and/or dimensionally inspects parts to ensure specs.
• Completes device history records and GDP documentation.
• May package assemblies for shipping when needed.
• Participates in team activities for process improvement and quality.
• Maintains a safe, clean workspace and complies with rules.
• Participates in flex break programs as required.
