LanceSoft in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, and verification activities in a regulated production environment.

You will ensure product quality and on-time delivery by following GMP, safety, and documentation requirements, and by supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma with 1 year in manufacturing, plus experience reading SOPs and working with ERP systems such as SAP or Agile.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Experience performing manufacturing, assembly, testing, or equipment-related activities.
• Experience following SOPs and production documentation requirements.
• Preferred: GMP-regulated manufacturing environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, testing, rework and verification following SOPs and production requirements.
• Assemble, test, program, modify, troubleshoot, and repair equipment including VABs and TruLogic systems.
• Stage systems for integration, testing, validation, and final inspection.
• Complete production records accurately and in GMP-compliant manner.
• Support FAT, validation and quality inspections.
