Job summary

AbbVie is hiring for a Compounding A2 shift position in Texas, offering hourly pay between $21 and $37.80. The role involves cGMP manufacturing operations in a biologics production setting, with tasks ranging from setup to quality testing and data collection using systems like LIMS and SAP.

Expect working hours 6pm-6:30am, Sun/Mon/Tue, including alternating Saturdays. Responsibilities include shipping, inventory control, sampling, glassware operations, cell culture, and tangential flow

Qualifications

• Associates degree in science, or equivalent experience.
• BS in Engineering, with 0+ year relevant experience.
• BS, with 1+ year relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Shipping finished materials
• Maintaining inventory levels
• Sampling of in process and raw materials
• Running glass washer / autoclave
• Cell culture (from vial thaw to production scale)
• Tangential flow filtration

Education

Associates degree in science, or equivalent experience

BS, with 1+ years relevant experience

BS in Engineering, with 0+ year relevant experience
