Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking an assembler/inspector to perform assembly and inspection per MPI and GDP guidelines. You may cross-train and must follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements.

The role requires a high school education with 1 year related experience or 2-4 years light assembly, familiarity with blueprints, microscopes, IPC soldering standards, and a commitment to safe, compliant manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to recognize defects in workmanship.
• IPC soldering standards certification preferred.
• Training in assembly processes and GDP documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
• Assembles components and operates manual and automatic machines.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally for conformance.
• Completes Device History Records per GDP.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
• Participates in process/product improvement initiatives.
