Integer Holdings seeks a qualified assembler/inspector to complete training and develop competencies to perform assembly and inspection operations. The role requires following written procedures to meet production and quality requirements, with opportunities for cross training.

The position runs 6:35am-2:35pm, Monday–Friday, in a regulated manufacturing environment. A high school diploma and 0-1 years of light assembly experience (medical device exposure preferred) are ideal.

Qualificações

• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction.
• Must possess the ability to recognize defects in workmanship.
• Read blueprints a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection as per MPI and QWI instructions.
• Understands tasks and how they relate to others; follows Standard Work where applicable.
• Performs assembly of components per print using manual and automatic machines.
• Inspects parts and assemblies for conformance to specifications and escalates defects.
• Completes Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per GDP.
• May package assemblies for shipping.
• Participates in team activities for process/product improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Participates in flex break programs and expands skills through training.
