Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years of relevant experience
• 2 years post-secondary/Associates with 0–2 years of related experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with manufacturing software, data logs, or process data
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and work with limited supervision

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, assembly, rework, troubleshooting, and testing on parts and final assemblies per work instructions and quality standards
• Use software tools to collect and evaluate operating data and adjust products or equipment
• Assist in developing methods to improve quality and efficiency
• Resolve issues during routine production with sound judgment
• Serve as a resource for teammates by sharing expertise in specialized areas
