Job summary

You will support design, integration, testing, calibration, repair, and maintenance of equipment, mentor junior technicians, and apply advanced hands-on expertise to improve troubleshooting and overall team performance in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant technical experience, or an Associate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to perform advanced construction, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, repair, and maintenance across electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical systems.
• Experience mentoring junior technicians and applying independent judgment to resolve complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced construction, troubleshooting, calibration, testing, repair, and maintenance.
• Diagnose complex issues, isolate faults, and verify system performance.
• Calibrate, align, and perform functional checks with documented results.
• Mentor and guide lower-level technicians on tasks and approaches.
• Recommend solutions to technical issues to improve processes.
