About the role:
As a Manufacturing Technician II, you will implement all processes in production while strictly following cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines and any applicable related regulations. You will have technical and administrative competence to organize and lead production activities. Responsibilities include assisting with the movement of Flexbumin between the different stages of inspection to packaging within the value stream. You may be line lead, and will ensure the line operates smoothly and keeps up with daily goals. You will also document your process activities on routers or in the electronic batch management system (EBM). You will report to the Supervisor, Manufacturing.
In general, the position requires a combination of sedentary work and walking around observing conditions of the facility. You may need to carry up to 30lbs, lift up to 30lbs, push/pull up to 30lbs (with assistance of material handling equipment). The role involves standing and walking for extended periods over an 8–12-hour shift, with bending, twisting, reaching overhead, and squatting motions. You will work around moving equipment, in confined spaces, and may need to wear protective clothing and masks. The shift is a 12-hour rotation (5:00am – 5:30pm), including weekends and holidays, with possible overtime. Immunizations may be required before starting.

Hourly Wage Range: $18.85 - $29.62. Actual wages depend on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
