Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Operations team, theManufacturing Technician IIwill be responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing process for Laborie products. They are responsible for accurate mixing, handling, filling, and packaging of products into syringes, resulting in a safe, effective, and sterile product.
About the Role:
- Weigh, and document raw materials, execute and monitor processes; perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment.
- Utilizeconsistent handling, gowning, and hygiene techniques to ensure that bioburden, particulate, and other contaminates stay within validated limits.
- Completeand file accurate and completed production records.
- Maintain controlled room environment logs to comply with regulatory requirements; adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and SOPs.
- Maintenance of laboratory instruments including standardizing, cleaning, and calibration; general housekeeping of workspaces.
- Timely SAP production transactions and receiving.
- Compile and share daily/weekly operations metrics, like KPI's, and participate in appropriate team meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in laboratory science or equivalent with 3+ years sterile technique preferred.
- Prior cleanroom and sterile handling experience.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in task execution, ability to multitask, and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with measuring and mixing liquids, chemicals, or polymers preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with SAP a plus or ability to be trained in SAP within 90 days.
- MLT (ASCP), CRCST, or other applicable certification preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and capable of walking or standing for long periods of time.
