Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I in Hayward, CA to support manufacturing operations and maintain production flow. The role requires precise adherence to GDP/GMP guidelines and accurate documentation.

The candidate will operate general production equipment and assist with material handling in a clean, regulated environment. The position offers a Monday–Friday shift with two time options, potential overtime, and opportunities for hands-on growth within a respected organization

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and measurement units (metric and US).
• Willingness to work shift hours including weekends/holidays and potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support local manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Set up and operate general production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Complete documentation following GDP/GMP guidelines for compliance.
• Clean equipment, small parts, and production areas to maintain quality standards.
• Receive and distribute supplies to support manufacturing activities.
