Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Team Member I to support assembly and inspection operations. You will follow written procedures to meet production and quality requirements, using microscopes and measuring devices as needed.

The role involves learning and applying MPI and QWI instructions, working under supervision, and contributing to team quality and efficiency goals. This entry-level position supports a 2nd and 3rd shift with a 90-day sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.
• Previous light assembly experience in a regulated industry (Medical devices) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to Integer’s Values, Safety process, and Quality Policy.
• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
• Understands tasks and follows Standard Work with close supervision.
