Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Team Member I to support assembly and inspection operations on the second shift. You will set up equipment, perform visual and dimensional inspections, and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include documenting results, escalating issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives while expanding skills through cross-training and on-the-job learning.

Qualifications

• Ability to read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
• Reading blueprints is preferred.
• Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices preferred.
• Previous light assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Integer Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements.
• Sets up equipment needed for assembly/inspection as per process specification.
• Works under close supervision where duties are clearly defined.
• Assembles component parts as per print.
• Utilizes both manual and automated machine operation.
• Visual and/or dimensional inspection of parts for conformance to specs.
• Identifies and escalates quality non-conformances.
• Completes required documentation.
• May package product for shipment.
• Participates in team activity focusing on continuous improvement.
