Job summary

Signicast is hiring Manufacturing Technicians in Hutchins, TX. The role covers multiple cells to ensure smooth mold flow through the plant with minimal interruptions. Responsibilities include die changeover, mold assembly, dipping, melting, finishing, and related inspections.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, good computer skills, and the ability to work across several cells. A strong attendance record and safety compliance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to perform duties across multiple cells and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate in wax cell: die changeover, sprue/pattern manufacturing, mold assembly and inspection.
• Operate in dip cell: hanging/dipping molds, robot dip cell, unloading, dewaxing and inspection.
• Operate in melt cell: loading ovens, pouring, melting, shell removal and part removal.
• Finish cell: removing gates, cleaning parts, CNC operation, inspection and shipping/receiving.
