Job summary

Hultec in Texas seeks a Production Technician to support injection molding and compression molding operations, monitor machines, and ensure product quality. You will diagnose issues, perform in-process checks, and maintain traceability while coordinating with teams on efficiency and stability.

The role requires 1–2 years in technical industrial support, knowledge of molding processes, and adherence to ISO 9001 and safety standards. Training will be provided on startups and process control.

Qualifications

• Education: Highschool, GED or related technical career.
• 1–2 years in technical industrial support roles.
• Knowledge of injection and compression molding operations and parameters.
• Ability to read technical sheets and interpret ISO 9001 records.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines; address routine deviations.
• Diagnose and correct process issues beyond basic level.
• Perform in-process quality checks against specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, maintenance, lab, and planning on efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and traceability.
• Follow safety rules, PPE, ISO 9001 guidelines.
• Provide training to operators on startups and process control.
