Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or certification preferred.
• Experience with 5S is a plus.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience of 1+ year required.
• Machine mechanic experience preferred.
• Some electrical knowledge preferred.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Quality control experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Follow production schedules and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new employees in manufacturing procedures.
• Understand raw materials and proper manufacturing locations for use.
• Check product quality and inspect materials or products.
• Inform shift supervisor of quality, equipment, or safety concerns.
