Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing or production.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Technical certification/degree preferred.
• 5S experience preferred.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Follow production schedules and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new employees in manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain understanding of materials and proper usage locations.
• Check product quality and report issues to supervision.
• Other duties as assigned by the Company.
