Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Follow production schedules and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new employees in manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain an understanding of raw materials and their proper manufacturing locations.
