Role Overview:

This position involves hands‑on fabrication and field support for system installations and startups. You will operate fabrication equipment, assemble components according to blueprints, and ensure quality standards are met. In the field, you will verify system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support startup activities, working directly with customers to ensure successful system operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as saws, drills, CNC machines, and molding tools to create system components.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and system layouts to accurately assemble parts.
• Perform machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to support production.
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate records of materials and activities.
• Assist with inventory, shipment processing, and supporting field installations.
• Support troubleshooting and system startup activities on-site, communicating effectively with teams and contractors.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, installation, startup, and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and system layouts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and attention to detail.
• Good problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in documentation and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience & Certifications

• Experience in pipe fabrication, plumbing, aeration systems, or plastics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of PVC solvent welding or mechanical fittings.
• OSHA safety training (10/30).

Work & Travel:

Based at a site with up to 30% travel for field support, with expenses covered, including company vehicle use.
