Northrop Grumman is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician – Entry Level to support our Iuka, MS site. The role involves reading blueprints, performing precision part-fitting tasks, and implementing continuous improvements. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma and possess strong attention to detail and quality commitment.
The position requires physical lifting and availability for any shift. A U.S. Government Secret clearance will be necessary to fulfill job requirements. The salary range is $32,500.00 - $54,100.00, with additional benefits.
Relocation assistance may be available. Clearance required for start: Secret. Travel: 10% of the time.
In this position, you will join our Manufacturing Operations Organization within our Aeronautics Systems sector as a Manufacturing Technician – Entry Level supporting our Iuka, MS site. We’re seeking a hands-on professional with exceptional attention to detail, a strong commitment to quality, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
This position may be filled at varying shift times including weekdays, nights, and weekends (shift differential paid during eligible shifts).
A shift - Mon-Thurs 7am-5:30pm
B Shift - Mon-Thurs 5:30pm-4am
C Shift - Fri-Sun 7am-7:30pm
D Shift - Fri-Sun 7pm-7:30am

Primary Level Salary Range: $32,500.00 - $54,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
