Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read Basic blueprints and set-up instructions.
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and process instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work with others in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills for recording data and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain various tools and machinery.
• Meet production targets and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Contribute to continuous improvement to increase production and reduce scrap.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and follow 5-S practices.
• Complete quality and OEEs paperwork and documentation.
• Operate laser machinery and other equipment as trained.
• Assist in training other employees as requested.
