• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot yield issues and improve efficiency.
• Train production personnel in new or existing operations.
• Set up and validate new production workstations.
• Implement corrective actions to improve designs, materials, and processes.
• Mentor other manufacturing technicians.
• Support safety, quality, performance, and cost initiatives.
