Qualifications

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 32 pounds.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance if required.
• Ability to work in environments with explosive materials.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and execute soldering instructions from DOM and blueprints.
• Perform hand soldering of electronic components with proper technique.
• Inspect solder joints and correct defects.
• Verify assemblies meet DOM and specifications.
• Complete quality records for soldering operations.
• Participate in daily GEMBA meetings to discuss production issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean soldering area and comply with ITAR/EAR and safety protocols.
