Uses advanced technical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plant production equipment. Performs all duties associated with the setup of a variety of production equipment to produce quality products.
High School diploma or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of technical experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
May involve lifting or carrying items of various sizes and weights (frequently 5–25 pounds, occasionally 25–75 pounds, rarely over 75 pounds).
Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, and reach over a full shift (8-12 hours).
Use of power and vibrating tools, operation of motorized vehicles, and exposure to noise requiring hearing protection are part of the job.
