Harvey Performance Company in Gorham, Maine, is hiring Manufacturing Technicians to support our production team at the Gorham facility. These hands-on roles offer growth in a climate-controlled environment and training in high-precision tooling used across aerospace, medical, and manufacturing sectors.

Starting pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, with a 20% shift differential for 2nd shift, plus competitive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Wheel Room / Prep Build and prepare grinding wheel packs used by our CNC machines.
• Cylindrical Grinding: operate equipment that prepares tool blanks before CNC machining.
• Hone / Finishing: run finishing machines that deburr and polish tools to improve surface quality.
• PVD Coating: support coating operations and monitor coating cycles used to finish tools.
• Quality Inspection: inspect tools using precision measurement equipment to verify accuracy.
• Tube and Label: package finished tools and prepare products for shipment.
