Our production schedules offer 4 day work weeks depending on the shift, providing extended time off during the week.
Employees typically start in a specific production department where they receive hands-on training and build experience in that area. As they grow in the role, many employees have the opportunity to cross-train in other departments and develop skills that can lead to CNC machining or other advanced manufacturing positions.
Our 79,000 sq ft manufacturing facility is located in Gorham, Maine, about 20 minutes from Portland.
The expected pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. For eligible off-shift schedules, a 20% shift differential applies, increasing the effective hourly range to $24.00 to $27.60. This range reflects what the company reasonably expects to pay for the role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and performance.
